CA Bill 459

Bill 459, the problematic worker classification bill
With this Bill and the Nexus one, along with other grabs I'm sure CA is going to be trying I am left with no way to build a business or take contract jobs to supplement my families income.
Basically distributorships will be out, affiliate programs will be out, odd jobs as a contract worker for out of state businesses will be out, the job market here is sparse and getting worse.
Is there anything I have missed? So the only way to supplement my families income is if by some chance I can find a part time job or get an odd job for cash?
My goal for now because we are tied into CA with family reasons is to outlast the CA government collapse.
