Mistaken use of corporate credit card - help!

Hello. I recently mistakenly used my business LLC's credit card for a small amount (less than $30) for a personal expense (vehicle emissions). I usually use my Discover card for everything, but the emissions center took only Visa or MC. I thought I was using my personal Visa, but when the bill came for the company card, the charge was there, so I must have grabbed the wrong card accidently. I immediately wrote a personal check for the amount and deposited it into the company checking account, from which I pay the company credit card. I also wrote out a detailed explanation of the error and what had been done to correct it. Do I need to worry about the corporate veil having been pierced due to this error? Any other corrective actions need to be taken, like an entry into the corporate minutes, or anything else? Surely I am not the first person to make this mistake, or have employees make this mistake. Your help will be much appreciated!
