15 Months to Financial Freedom

Last week (8/9/10), I wrote a blog post about our August celebration. On 8/4/10, we hit financial freedom again. That means that our passive income was more than our monthly expenses.

Richard and I both felt a tremendous sense of relief and well.... freedom. Within the next few days, suddenly business deals that had been stuck just became easy. Any sense of 'must have' was gone so we were able to concentrate on what was most important in the deal. Ironically, the less you must have the deal or the money, often the easier it becomes to have.

In the blog post, I just touched on what we'd done and said I'd give out the details if anyone was interested. I was flooded with emails and said I'd start a thread on the forum on what worked for us.

I'm not sellng a program or saying what we did will work for you. This is just what we did and maybe there is something in this that you can take away for you.

It's tough times out there for a lot of people and if you've been hit by them especially hard, maybe there is something in our story that can help you.
